charming building warm welcome perfect cooked meals outdated hotel indian spices unclean windows
The building had character. The staff provided a warm welcome. Breakfast included perfect cooked meals that was well presented.
The hotel seemed outdated. I noticed the Indian spices scent throughout the hotel. The windows looked unclean and were not openable.

caring service lovely beds dog welcome
the hotel staff welcomed my dog and ME warmly. the room had lovely, comfy beds. the restaurant staff provided caring service during our evening meal and breakfasts. it made a big difference to see happy faces.

amazing stay!
warm welcome spacious room breakfast treat
we needed a cozy place, especially cause the weather turned wild! finding this gem reminded me of pure luck. the team here are AMAZING, they gave us such a warm welcome. our room felt so spacious, and i swear, the bed was like a cloud! breakfast time was a total treat and before we left, we were sent off with so much warmth.
the tv situation in the room was a bummer. it wasn't working, so i missed catching up on my shows. a fix there would make it perfect!

lovely stay
friendly staff fresh options tasty breakfast
the staff was friendly and helpful I dined at the restaurant both evenings it had fresh options the breakfast was tasty it was included in my stay I found parking right in front of the hotel. the room was clean and quiet it was easy to find everything was good from supper to breakfast.
i noticed no tv in the room

the hotel is in a perfect position right opposite the green on the square it is also a convenient location to the glenlivet estate event i was attending. it was easy to find.

attentive staff modern decor comfortable bed
I found the staff very attentive, especially during breakfast. I appreciated the modern decor in the bedroom. I especially appreciated the large comfortable bed after a long day. I slept soundly and woke up refreshed.
the wifi service was intermittent, making it difficult to stay connected for work.
